FEL to a Proprietorship firm it was established in year 2019 at Ground Floor Industrial Unit No. 10C Pala Building No. A3, Empire Industrial Hub, Chikhloli, Ambernath(W), Thane, Maharashtra-421505. Laboratory is providing quality testing services for Mechanical, Chemical & NDT.

FEL provide testing services to a wide variety of industries such to Civil Construction Industries. Manufacturing Industries and Government Sector Industries etc.

Laboratory is equipped with state-art-of-equipment for testing and strong technical team including skilled engineers/analysist to provide quality services to the customer at all the time.

• Produce reliable testing services by complying with recognized standards of practice, statutory and regulatory requirements to achieve total customer satisfaction;
• Dedicated Quality System which ensures to provide highest quality support to customer.
• Render accurate test results by trained personnel who are familiar with the content of quality manual and comply with the policies and procedures laid down in the manual and associated documents, at all times;
• Compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and to continually improve the effectiveness of management system.
• Remain impartial for all the activities performed by the laboratory at all the time.

QUALITY OBJECTIVES

• Completing jobs in stipulated timeframe, with accurate & reliable results to enhance customer satisfaction. On time delivery of Test Reports 99 %.
• Participation in proficiency testing programme and Inter Laboratory Comparison programme for reliability of analysis. Initiation of corrective action within 7 days for any Non-conformity observed in the ILC/PT performance results.
• Average Customer satisfaction Index to be maintained above 80%.
• To resolve customer complaint, if any, within 15 days.
• To enhance customer database through efficient services;
• QM ensures continually improving the effectiveness of Quality System by setting measurable and achievable Key Performance Indicators as below
